I can't get my second key to work
I think there may be a glitch. Silver key goes in but seems to stay in place when I close cabinet. Second key wont insert. Too far into game to abandon it. Can anyone help.

Sounds like they might have changed voice actors for Laura and William.
In previous games they seemed more energetic & enthusiastic, over here they're a bit jaded LOL! But still good game.
At 1:15:24 I believe one of my keys hot stuck in another file folder of key cards. Before I found the key 1 I had key two and tried to use it not knowing which one so was just jabbing my key all over . It's not shadowed in my box anymore cus it has been gotten. It's not in that file key hole. I don't know how to get it back
